Youngest three-star head chef
At 28 in 2002, Massimiliano, Max, Alajmo was the youngest chef to win three Michelin stars at Le Calandre. He started working there in 1993, one year after it got its first star. A year later, Max became the executive chef. Three years after that, Michelin awarded it two stars. He is still the main chef of Le Calandre to this day.
