The minimum age limit of American Ninja Warrior has decreased over time. It was 21 years for the first nine seasons, then 19 for the next three, and dropped to the current minimum of 15. Kaden Lebsack, the youngest American Ninja Warrior winner, took advantage of the new limit immediately and made it the farthest in season 13, reaching stage 4 at sixteen years old. He would repeat the feat one year later, becoming a 2x champion.
