Oldest NFL MVP

Tom Brady had such a prolific career that he arguably had three hall-of-fame careers if you break up his 23 NFL seasons. But, even if you look at his post-40 accomplishments, they include winning two Super Bowls, a Super Bowl MVP, an NFL MVP, and leading the league in passing yards and touchdowns. He is the oldest NFL MVP at 40, the oldest Super Bowl MVP at 43, the most senior to lead in passing yards and touchdowns at 44, and the oldest Pro Bowl QB at 44.

Brady competed 385 of 581 passes (66.2%) for 4,577 yards and 32 touchdowns with eight interceptions as New England went 13-3 for the AFC’s best record. At an age when many QBs are deep into retirement, Brady is throwing deep – and short – as well as ever.

On the eve of Super Bowl LII, Tom Brady becomes oldest NFL MVP ever
This award is based on regular season considerations only, and Brady spent this season putting to rest any notion that his production would drop off once he reached the wrong side of 40. He played in all 16 games and threw for 4,577 yards while amassing 32 touchdown passes to go with only eight interceptions.
