1975 Quarterfinals 0-3 comeback

The New York Islanders became the second NHL team to come back from a 0-3 deficit when they beat the Pittsburgh Penguins in the 1975 quarterfinals. The Islanders would nearly repeat this feat the next round when they came back from 0-3 before ultimately losing in the seventh game against the Philadelphia Flyers, who would go on to win the Stanley Cup.
