Youngest CBB MVP
Kevin Durant is one of the best NBA players ever with a rare skillset; there are not a lot of 6'10 players who can shoot and dribble as well as he can. Moreover, he demonstrated these abilities at a young age, winning the NBA Rookie of the Year award. He also won the Naismith College Player of the Year award in his first college year with the Texas Longhorns, becoming the first freshman and the youngest player ever to win it.

Durant wins Naismith Trophy
Durant led the Big 12 Conference in scoring (25.8 ppg), rebounding (11.1 rpg), blocked shots (67) and double-doubles (20). He is the only player in the country to rank in the Top 10 nationally in both scoring (fourth) and rebounding (fourth). Durant led the Longhorns to a 25-10 record and the Second Round of the NCAA Tournament.
