Lindsey Harding is the oldest Woman Naismith College Player of the Year winner, who edged out four other women who won the award in the year they turned 23; the four others are Brittney Griner, Kelsey Plum, Megan Gustafson, and Sabrina Ionescu. Lindsey won it after averaging 13.6 points and 3.9 assists for Duke in her senior season in 2006-07.

Harding named Naismith player of year
Harding led Duke to a 29-0 regular-season record, averaging 14 points, 4.1 rebounds and 3.9 assists per game. She was the player of the year in the Atlantic Coast Conference, in addition to being the ACC defender of the year. She also earned the Frances Pomeroy Naismith Award as the best player 5-foot-8 and under in the country.
