The biggest deficit an NFL team went to win was 33 points; the 10-3 Minnesota Vikings did so in a game against the 4-8-1 Indianapolis Colts in Week 15, 2022. The Vikings were down 33-0 at halftime, 36-14 at the end of the third quarter, tied at 36 at the end of regulation, and won by 3 in OT.
