In the past, Khloe Kardashian knew that others often considered her the fat Kardashian, but she did not realize at the time how unhealthy she was living. She always struggled with her body image, being compared with her sisters. Khloe started to lose weight in 2012. After turning to fitness as a stress reliever and a form of therapy, she lost thirty-five pounds and got into great shape. She started slowly, working out a few times a week before ramping up to four or five times weekly. She also took up boxing while eating healthier.

The fitness and better eating seem to have stuck for Khloe as she lost over thirty pounds again after gaining around forty pounds when pregnant with her daughter True in 2018. It took about three months for her to lose it.
