First Heisman Trophy QB winner

In 1938, Davey O'Brien was the first quarterback to win the Heisman Trophy, three years after college football started giving out the award. He was 5'7, 151 pounds, and led the TCU Horned Frogs to an undefeated record while throwing for 1457 yards. NCAA named its annual best quarterback award after him.
