7 runs MLB postseason comeback
In Game 5 of the 2008 ALCS, the defending champion Boston Red Sox was down 7-0 against the Tampa Bay Rays, entering the bottom of the seventh inning. The Red Sox would score four runs that inning, three in the eighth to tie, and win the game on a J.D. Drew single in the ninth.
