Ryan Gosling's audition interruption

Even an actor as successful as Ryan Gosling had to deal with horrible auditions. Similar to the scene in La La Land, he had a casting director take a phone call while performing a crying scene. Ryan was not entirely unknown in Hollywood either since he was a child star in the Mickey Mouse Club. Gosling has been in many successful films since then, so it might be the director crying now.
