Adele is one of the greatest singers today, known for her powerful voice and heartbreaking songs. After going through a divorce in 2019, she changed herself, most noticeably by losing more weight. She reportedly lost over ninety-eight pounds over the years by exercising more and following the Sirtfood diet. Her exercises included pilates and strength training. The Sirtfood diet is based on food containing sirtuins, a protein that regulates metabolism and inflammation. Allowed foods include kale, strawberries, and dark chocolate. She appeared to initially lose 15 to 20 pounds over six months in 2019 before losing the rest by early 2020. Today, Adele is leaner, healthier, happier, and still making great music.
