In game 1 of the first round of the 2012 NBA playoffs, the Los Angeles Clippers were down by 27 points with 2:12 left in the third quarter against the Memphis Grizzlies. The Clippers were still down by 16 points with under six minutes left in the game. The Grizzlies would score only 3 points the rest of the way. With three minutes left, Nick Young would make three consecutive 3-pointers to cut the deficit from 12 to 6. At the 23.7 mark, Chris Paul would make two free throws to tie and take the lead. The Clippers would win 99-98.
