Winning less than 48 hours after joining team

The Carolina Panthers released quarterback Baker Mayfield on Monday, December 5th. The Los Angeles Rams claimed Baker off waivers the next day. Two days later, Mayfield played against the Las Vegas Raiders after starting QB John Wolford left the game.
So far, he had only won one game with the Panthers and found himself in a familiar scenario when the Rams were down 13-3 going into the fourth quarter. With the lead dwindling to six at 16-10 and 1:45 left in the game and starting at their 2-yard line, Baker had a chance to win. During this drive, he threw for 57 yards and a touchdown to Van Jefferson to tie the game, with the extra point taking the lead.
